How much is one credit worth?

One credit equals one Swiss franc. When purchasing higher ranges of credits, the price per credit decreases according to our discount levels.

In what currencies can I pay?

Prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF). Payments can however be made in the currency of your choice, converted at the daily exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Can I use credits across different services?

Yes. Credits can be applied to any Wellevate service, whether in Advise, Engage, Design, or Wellevate+.

Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?

No. Wellevate does not work with retainers or long-term contracts. You only buy the credits you need and use them within the validity period.

What if I need more credits during a project?

You can purchase additional credits at any time. The new credits will be valid for three months from the date of purchase.

How do volume discounts work?

The cost per credit decreases as you purchase higher credit ranges. This means larger purchases unlock lower rates per credit.

Can I get a quote for a specific project?

Yes. You can use our Cost Estimator tool to select services, define scope and turnaround, and receive an indicative quote in credits. You can also schedule a meeting and we can discuss your needs and project quote personally.

How is complexity reflected in pricing?

Services are mapped to credit values based on scope, complexity, and turnaround. More complex or urgent projects require more credits.

How do I know how many credits a service costs?

Each service has a defined credit value in our service list. For projects that vary in scope, the credit value is defined upfront before work begins. Use our Cost Estimator to see how many credits a service requires.
